# Apnea Bali

> Freediving school in Tulamben, on the north-east coast of Bali, Indonesia. Apnea Bali offers AIDA and Molchanovs freediving courses from beginner (Level 1 / AIDA 2 / Wave 1) through to instructor and instructor-trainer level. The school is located 200 metres from the famous USAT Liberty shipwreck and operates from the deepest shore-accessible bay in Bali (~75 m). Founded by Elianne Dipp and Julia Mouce — both certified Molchanovs Instructor Trainers, with Julia also serving on the Molchanovs Board.

The school has been operating in Tulamben for over 10 years and is one of the few centres worldwide authorised to deliver the Molchanovs Wave 4 Instructor Trainer course. It is the closest freediving school to both the USAT Liberty shipwreck (Tulamben) and the Jemeluk Bay wall (Amed, 20 minutes south).
